• Chat history: Conversations you have with your AI agents within the platform

• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, actions taken within the app

• Authentication data from Supabase (our database provider)
• Payment processing data from Stripe
• AI processing through Anthropic's Claude API (messages sent to AI agents)

• Supabase — database storage and user authentication
• Stripe — payment processing (governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy)
• Anthropic — AI processing for agent responses (governed by Anthropic's Privacy Policy)
• Vercel — application hosting
• Netlify — website hosting

All providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit
• Row-level security on all database tables
• Encrypted storage for uploaded files
• Regular security audits and monitoring

While we take security seriously, no system is 100% secure. Please use a strong password and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

6. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained as long as your account is active
• Uploaded files: Retained as long as you choose to keep them in your account
• Chat history: Last 50 messages per module retained for context
• Billing records: Retained for 7 years as required by US tax law
• Upon account deletion, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law
